• Coauthored a company-wide dementia training program named Valuable.
• Conducted in-person and virtual training sessions of Valuable for PT/OT/SLPs across 14 states. Implemented individualized evidence-based interventions for patients with dementia, aiming to enhance intervention efficiency, increase caseload, and foster collaboration.
• Monthly teaching of dementia approach strategies and communication strategies to nursing staff at inservices and new hire orientations.
• Managed all clerical duties for two facilities, including insurance verifications, running caseload and billing reports. Actively participated in facility stand-up meetings and care conferences.
• Delivered skilled home health and outpatient speech therapy for individuals in a personal care facility.
